The Maritime Skills Academy (MSA) delivers a comprehensive range of training courses to the global maritime industry, including cruise ships, superyachts, renewable support vessels and the oil & gas industry.
Operating from first-class training facilities in Dover, Viking Maritime Group’s training division is run by marine professionals for marine professionals, and our curriculum includes MCA-approved STCW-compliant training programmes, shipboard safety and environmental courses, familiarisation training, refresher and resource management courses.
In September 2019, MSA opened a new state-of-the-art Simulation Centre (MSA Solent) in Portsmouth, UK, to provide a comprehensive range of specialist Bridge simulation courses (e.g. BRM, ECDIS, Ship Handling etc.) and Engine simulation courses (e.g. ERM, High Voltage, Professional Development etc.), as well as other management-level programmes.
